If we’re selected to perform your company’s benefit administration, we’ll assemble enrollment information and transmit eligibility to your various carriers on a regular basis.

• Each month, we’ll provide a consolidated invoice to your company, subtotaled to meet your needs. We can subtotal by location, department, or any other way to simplify your accounting functions.

• Your company only has to interface with one vendor - us! All enrollment changes are processed through Group Associates, so all you do is forward changes to us, and we do the rest.

• We’ll transmit eligibility changes and premium to all your carriers. When we receive your enrollment changes, we process them with every carrier. We can transmit eligibility information electronically in a format that complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Group Associates also provides full COBRA administration. We mail initial notices directly to a newly insured’s home and election notices to terminated employees. We collect premiums from COBRA enrolled and process their enrollment with your carriers.
