Group Associates' Health and Welfare administration platform is a proprietary rules-based application called Employee Management System (EMS). This scalable system utilizes electronic data interchange (EDI) with benefits vendors and HRIS systems. EMS accepts, stores, audits and reports enrollment and changes to carriers, Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Accounting. EMS's online resources enables employees to view information about their benefits options, link to carriers, review contributions, and make benefits elections. Group Associates' flexible business model frees your Human Resources, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll and Accounting staff from routine administration, so they can focus on strategic planning.
